This is a learning tool offered by EiA - a UK based company, which works internationally with young people to unlock business skills, build confidence and an entrepreneurial spirit in preparation for the business world.
This initiative of the BEF is focused on the development of a sustainable entrepreneurial culture in Barbados, for which Bitt Digital Inc. is the title sponsor and technology partner.
The project entails the provision of WiFi “hotspots” that provide free public internet connectivity. At the end of 2013 the BEF had achieved 75 % coverage to free WiFi around Barbados
